Monk Studio מופעל על ידי מאור אפללו, בעל השליטה במידע האישי המתואר במדיניות זו. לפניות בנושא פרטיות ניתן ליצור קשר בכתובת: artmonkstudio@gmail.com.

איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים?

כאשר פונים אלינו או ממלאים טופס התעניינות, לרבות בפייסבוק ובאינסטגרם, אנחנו מקבלים את הפרטים שנמסרו: שם, מספר טלפון, כתובת אימייל אם נמסרה, ופרטים על העסק והפרויקט המתוכנן. במהלך המשך הקשר עשויים להישמר גם התכתבויות ומסמכים שתבחרו לשלוח.

אין חובה חוקית למסור את הפרטים. מסירתם נעשית מרצונכם, אך ללא פרטי קשר ומידע בסיסי על הפנייה לא נוכל לחזור אליכם או לבחון כיצד נוכל לסייע.

למה משמש המידע?

המידע משמש למענה לפניות, לבירור צורכי הפרויקט, לתיאום שיחות ופגישות, להכנת הצעות מחיר ולמתן שירותי תכנון ועיצוב פנים ככל שתתקשרו איתנו.

השארת פרטים לצורך שיחת היכרות אינה מהווה כשלעצמה הסכמה להצטרפות לרשימת דיוור פרסומית.

גישה למידע והעברתו

הגישה למידע מוגבלת למי שנדרש לו לצורך הטיפול בפנייה ומתן השירות מטעם הסטודיו. ספקי שירות טכנולוגיים המשמשים לקבלת הפניות, לתקשורת ולאחסון מידע עשויים לעבד את המידע במסגרת שירותיהם ולצורך מטרות אלה.

פניות דרך Facebook, Instagram או WhatsApp מעובדות גם במערכות Meta ובהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלה. האתר מתארח ב־Google Sites וכולל סרטונים המוטמעים מ־YouTube. שירותים אלה עשויים לאסוף מידע טכני ונתוני שימוש, לרבות באמצעות עוגיות, בהתאם להגדרות ולמדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.

מידע עשוי להישמר או להיות מעובד מחוץ לישראל באמצעות ספקי השירות. העברת מידע תיעשה בכפוף להוראות הדין החלות. מידע עשוי להימסר גם כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין או צו מחייב.

שמירת מידע ואבטחתו

נשמור מידע למשך הזמן הנדרש לטיפול בפנייה, לניהול הקשר העסקי ולמילוי חובות שבדין. נבחן מעת לעת אם נדרשת המשך שמירתו.

ננקוט אמצעים סבירים להגבלת הגישה למידע ולהגנה עליו, בהתאם לאופיו ולאופן השימוש בו. אין מערכת המבטיחה הגנה מוחלטת מפני גישה בלתי מורשית.

הזכויות שלכם

בכפוף להוראות הדין, ניתן לבקש לעיין במידע האישי המוחזק עליכם ולבקש לתקן מידע שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן. אפשר לפנות גם בבקשה למחיקת מידע או להפסקת יצירת קשר; הבקשה תיבחן בהתאם לדין ולחובות שמירת המידע החלות עלינו.

Monk Studio is operated by Maor Aflalo, the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For privacy-related inquiries, please contact artmonkstudio@gmail.com.

Information We Collect

When you contact us or complete an inquiry form, including on Facebook and Instagram, we receive the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address if provided, and details about your business and planned project. We may also retain correspondence and documents you choose to send during our subsequent communications.

You are not legally required to provide this information. Providing it is voluntary. However, without your contact details and basic information about your inquiry, we will be unable to contact you or assess how we can help.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, understand your project requirements, arrange calls and meetings, prepare proposals, and provide interior planning and design services if you engage us.

Submitting your details for an introductory conversation does not, by itself, constitute consent to join a promotional mailing list.

Access to and Sharing of Information

Access to your information is limited to those who need it to handle your inquiry or provide services on behalf of the studio. Technology providers used to receive inquiries, communicate, and store information may process your information as part of those services and for those purposes.

Inquiries submitted through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp are also processed through Meta’s systems and are subject to its privacy policies. Our website is hosted on Google Sites and includes videos embedded from YouTube. These services may collect technical information and usage data, including through cookies, depending on their settings and privacy policies.

Information may be stored or processed outside Israel by service providers. Transfers of information will be subject to applicable legal requirements. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or a binding legal order.

Data Retention and Security

We will retain information for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, manage our business relationship, and meet legal obligations. We will periodically review whether continued retention is necessary.

We will take reasonable measures to restrict access to and protect information, taking into account its nature and how it is used. No system can guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information held about you and request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated. You may also request deletion of your information or ask us to stop contacting you. Requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and any data retention obligations.
